What we collect
When you join networkd, we collect the information you give us: your name, contact details, and profile information. We also collect basic technical data (like your IP address and how you use the platform) to keep things running smoothly.
Why we use it
Your data helps us connect you with the right founders, mentors, investors, and partners. We also use it to manage your account, run events, process payments where relevant, and improve the platform over time. We only use it for marketing if you've explicitly said yes.
Who sees it
We share limited profile information between platform members, but only what's needed to make a connection happen, and only with your knowledge. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.
How we keep it safe
Your data is encrypted, access is restricted to those who need it, and we carry out regular security testing. If anything ever goes wrong, we'll tell you and the ICO promptly.
How long we keep it
We don't hold onto your data longer than we need to. Most data is deleted within 12 to 24 months of your account closing, with some financial records kept for 7 years as required by law.
Your rights
